Mr. M. Narasimham has done Post-graduation in MBA-HR, Graduation in Commerce and Degree in Law (LLB). He has been associated with the Company since last 18 years and has been holding various positions in HR and managing the industrial relations of all the units of the Company.

In appreciation of his long stint with the company and to utilize his expertise and skills, the Company has appointed him as Whole-time Director of the Company with effect from 10.06.2024. He has a work experience of 33 years and worked with Companies like Priyadarshini Spinning Mills, Vijaya Lakshmi Spintex Ltd., and Vasantha Spinners.
